CALVIN DARDEN, CHAIRMAN

Cal Darden is a retired Senior Vice President of U.S. operations of United Parcel Service (UPS). Darden was accountable for all U.S. operations, which covered 317,000 employees and 25 billion in revenue. He joined UPS in 1971 as a part-time package handler and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure. Darden was a member of the UPS Management Committee, which directed the day-to-day management of the company. Darden continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Target Corporation, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cardinal Health and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Police Foundation, Inc. Darden was also recognized in Fortune’s List of the 50 Most Powerful Black Executives in America, where he ranked eighth.

LISA STRICKLIN

LISA STRICKLIN – DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY & LOGISTICS

Lisa joins Darden Petroleum after more than 19 years with UPS. At UPS, she was an integral part of forming the UPS Fuel Services group. Lisa led the group managing all of UPS’s fuel distribution sites across the US. Lisa brings 15+ years’ experience in dispatch, logistics, pipeline shipments, terminal inventory management, as well as supplier and carrier management. In her free time, she volunteers in various ministries with her church as well as spending time with her two teenage boys and their activities.

Stacy Fitzgerald

STACY FITZGERALD – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Stacy joined Darden Petroleum with more than 16 years in the fuel industry. Stacy has managed every accounting aspect of the fuel business. Her experience ranges from licensing, tax reporting, invoices billing, accounts payable, accounts receivables, collections and payroll.

Shannon Knight

SHANNON KNIGHT – DISPATCH/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shannon comes to Darden with over 17 years in the fuel industry. Her experience in dispatch, logistics and customer service makes her an integral member of the team. Her “can do” attitude and creative problem solving skills proves to the customer they are her top priority.
